$SEARXLY
The community token that funds Searxly's development. Holding it already unlocks real perks inside the app — and it's designed to end up governing the project itself, on-chain. Self-custody, transparent, on Base.
Contract address
Network: Base (chainId 8453). Always confirm the CA against the official @Searxly account before interacting.
Funding without surveillance.
A private browser can't be funded by selling your data — that would defeat the entire point. $SEARXLY lets the people who want Searxly to exist support it directly, on-chain, transparently.
Development
Funds go directly to building the browser, the wallet, local search, and Searxly Agentic Tools.
Holder perks
Holding $SEARXLY unlocks in-app perks today — fee-free $SEARXLY swaps, less than half the swap fee everywhere else, and half-price Managed VPN.
Transparent
Every transfer is public, and every cent the app earns — swap fees and VPN passes — routes to one on-chain treasury you can audit yourself.
Live in the app today. Live
These aren't promises — they're shipped and working in Searxly's built-in wallet right now. Your holding is the membership: the app proves it with a signature from your own wallet, checked on-chain. No account to create, nothing for us to store.
Free $SEARXLY swaps — for everyone
Any swap that touches $SEARXLY is completely fee-free — swapping anything into it, or out of it. You never pay Searxly a fee to hold the token.
Less than half the swap fee
Holders pay 0.30% on every other in-app swap instead of the standard 0.65% — already under the ~0.85% typical of wallet apps.
Managed VPN at half price
The 30-day Managed VPN pass costs holders 3 USDC instead of 6 — paid straight from the wallet, no card, no account.
How it unlocks: hold about $15 of $SEARXLY in your wallet. The app checks the balance on-chain and proves it with a signature — the perks switch on by themselves.
On-chain governance.
This is where $SEARXLY is headed: holders vote with their tokens on how the treasury is spent, which features get built, and how upgrades roll out. Passed proposals execute automatically through smart contracts on Base — the vote is the decision, with no committee in between.
Planned: the browser that pays you back.
Today you buy $SEARXLY to support the project. The plan is for the app itself to become a way to earn it.
Earn for privacy-respecting ads Planned
An opt-in ad network that pays you in $SEARXLY for the attention you choose to give. Ads would be contextual, never behavioral — matched to the page, never to a profile of you (see Searxly Advertising). There are no ads in Searxly today — and Searxly Maximum will never show ads, opt-in or otherwise. Learn more about Maximum.
Earn for time spent browsing privately Planned
Rewards in $SEARXLY simply for the time you spend in the private browser and search — using the product you already chose, instead of being the product.
Bounties for making Searxly better Planned
Feedback, bug reports, and contributions paid out in $SEARXLY — so the people improving the browser own a piece of it.
Holder perks are product utilities — access and usage inside the app — not a yield, a dividend, or an expectation of profit. Anything marked “Planned” is an intention, not a commitment, and may change in design, timing, or scope.
Three steps.
Get a Base wallet
Use the wallet built into Searxly, or any EVM wallet on Base. Hold some ETH on Base for gas.
Verify the contract
Copy the CA above and confirm it against the official @Searxly account. Never trust a CA from a random reply.
Swap on Base
Swap ETH for $SEARXLY on a Base DEX — or right inside Searxly's wallet, where every $SEARXLY swap is fee-free.
$SEARXLY is a community token that supports development. It is not an investment, a security, or a promise of profit. Crypto is volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Nothing on this page is financial advice. Always do your own research and only interact with the verified contract address.
